Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched from our Heads Road Outlet in Wanganui, New Zealand between the hours of 9.00am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.  While we try to ship orders the same day, please allow up to 36 hours for your order to be dispatched.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

 

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Shipping within New Zealand is $5.00 per order. All orders are sent using Post Haste courier service.  For orders over $NZ30, shipping is FREE.  We do not ship to PO Boxes, please make sure a physical address is entered on your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we only offer international shipping to Australia. Orders $NZ100 and over will receive FREE shipping, orders under $NZ100 shipping is $NZ20. Orders must not exceed 2kg. 

We are working on setting up shipping to the rest of the world, so watch this space for further updates.

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To organise a return, you can contact us at hello@settlershoney.co.nz. If the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items related to promotions that we may run from time to time.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
