Start by making slits in the top of your camembert, push in sprigs of thyme and peeled garlic cloves, finish with a drizzle of your favourite Settlers honey and bake at 180 Celsius for around 20 minutes. Sweet, Salty, Sour this dressing is a crowd pleaser and it's easier than you think!  Combine 1/4C of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of Honey, Juice from 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of mustard and any seasonings you like. (I've used salt, pepper, sesame seeds, mixed herbs and chilli flakes) Mix thoroughly. And enjoy!
