Sweet, Salty, Sour this dressing is a crowd pleaser and it's easier than you think!  Combine 1/4C of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of Honey, Juice from 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of mustard and any seasonings you like. (I've used salt, pepper, sesame seeds, mixed herbs and chilli flakes) Mix thoroughly. And enjoy!
